1. Weed Management in Tomato Crop
Metribuzin [Tata Metri OR Barrier or Sencor] 1 gm/L + Nagastha 0.25 mL/L may be used as weedicide or herbicide to kill common weeds. It can be used as before planting in tomato filed. It can also be sprayed on the grown weeds upto flowering stage of the tomato crop.
Spraying during flowering stage and after flower stage may have bad effects on both flowers and fruits.

2. Effective Control of Brinjal Fruit and Shoot Borer
Brinjal fruit and shoot borer (Leucinodes orbonalis) is very important insect of brinjal crop that infests shoot as well as fruits. Brinjal fruit and shoot borer makes holes in shoots as well as in fruits.
Chemical spray to control
Alanto 2 mL/L OR Solomon 2 mL/L + Ecotin 0.5 mL/L
Pheromone traps may be erected to control the the moths.
Water-trough pheromone traps may be used to mass trap male adult of Brinjal shoot and fruit borer moths with Leucinodes lures. These pheromones traps trap the adult male moths (and not female ones) which reduces the fertilizing the eggs of female moths consequently reduce the carryover of pest.
10-15 traps per acre may be installed for efficient management of brinjal fruit and shoot borer.

3. Managing Collar/Crown and Root Rots in Crops
Pre - raised plants of crops like tomato, chilli, brinjal and other plants with small sized seeds are planted on the main field. These plants are more prone to soil diseases especially the rot diseases which damages roots as well as collars of the plants. The causal organisms are mainly the fungal pathogens from spp. of Fusarium, Pythium ..etc.

Regulation of irrigation or moisture during treatment must be taken care, dry conditions are recommended.
Prepare the mixture of Krilaxyl power 0.75 gm/L + Bactinash 0.4 gm/L and drench on the collar or crown and allow the mixture also moves towards the root zone to kill the pathogens at the root zone twice at 7 days intervals.
Smear the above items in severely infected plants.

4. Disease in Chilli
45 लीटर पानी के लिए :
मात्रा : Abacin (50 mi) + Pager OR Agas (50 gm) + Dhanuvit (50 ml)
03 दिन बाद :
मात्रा : Kasu-B (30 ml) + Blue Copper OR Dhanucop (03 gm) + Sixer (02 gm) in Per Litre of Water
इससे पौधे की सभी तरह की समस्या ठीक हो जाएगी.
Note : जड़ को मिट्टी से ढक कर रखें.
