Delivery Policy

At Mera Agro, we are committed to ensuring that your agricultural products reach you safely, on time, and in perfect condition. We deliver across India through trusted logistics and courier partners. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently provide doorstep delivery across India.

  • Availability of delivery services depends on your PIN code and serviceability by our logistics partners.

  • If your location is not serviceable, our support team will inform you and help with alternative arrangements wherever possible.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of delays due to stock availability, supplier issues, or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly. 

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery timelines: 5–7 business days for most locations.

  • Remote, rural, or hard-to-reach areas may take 7–10 business days or longer.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and external factors such as weather conditions, strikes, or government restrictions.

4. Shipping Charges

 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

  • From time to time, we may offer free delivery promotions on select products or order values.

  • Any additional taxes, surcharges, or handling fees will also be clearly communicated at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an order tracking ID via SMS/email to track your package in real-time.

  • Customers can also log in to their Mera Agro account to check the delivery status.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the provided address.

  • If you are unavailable, the delivery agent may contact you or attempt delivery again on the next business day.

  • In case of repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Risk & Responsibility

  • The risk of product damage or loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered.

  • Please check the package condition at the time of delivery. If damaged, immediately notify our customer support with photos/videos.

8. Delays Beyond Our Control

  • Mera Agro is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control.

  • However, we will make every effort to keep you informed and ensure the quickest possible resolution.
