5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are displayed at the time of checkout; however, these are only approximate and may vary due to location, product type, or external circumstances.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned before order confirmation.

• Mera Agro is not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

• Risk of product damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

• In certain cases, customers may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

• If a product is unavailable for replacement, we will issue a refund or recommend alternatives.
