At Mera Agro, we work hard to ensure that every product delivered to you is genuine, safe, and in perfect condition. Since most agricultural products such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides require strict handling and quality control, we follow a transparent Return & Exchange Policy.

1. General Policy

​

• Once goods are delivered, they cannot be returned for a refund.

• An exchange will be provided free of cost only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered (mismatch with your order).

  • Defective, damaged, or expired product delivered.

• Exchanges are subject to availability of stock. If the product is not available, you may choose a refund instead.​

2. Conditions for Exchange

​

• All products must be unused and in original condition with intact packaging, labels, and seals.

• Products that are broken, tampered with, or not in original packaging will not be eligible.

• Perishable items such as seeds cannot be exchanged once the packet is opened or damaged.

• Exchanges are possible only if your delivery address is serviceable by our logistics team.

3. Exceptions & Special Cases

​

• If your order included free gifts or promotional items, those must also be returned in original condition to process the exchange or refund.

• If you choose to self-ship the product back to us, ensure it is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a reliable courier service.

• Customers will need to provide an unboxing video of the package as proof in case of complaints related to missing, defective, or wrong items.

4. Timelines

​

• Issues related to the delivered product must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products must be returned/exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.

5. Refunds

​

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified about approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, or net banking).

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

• Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you self-ship the product, shipping costs will be borne by you.

6. Exchanges

​

• Exchanges are allowed only for the same item if defective or damaged.

• If a replacement is not available, you will be offered a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

 

7. Governing Law

​

This Return & Exchange Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Mera Agro operates.
